Due to heavy volume and to do our best to engage social distancing we are implementing immediate changes.  We are committed to providing essential services to our pet community.

Waiting Room is now limited entry – our door is locked, and clients will be restricted in number.

Appointments – You must call when arriving in parking lot – 902-457-1575 – we will come to you when we are ready for you. Be prepared for delayed entry as we are continuing to be diligent in sanitation between clients.

No walk-in clients.  You must call ahead to order food, prescriptions or anything else.  We will not be handling cash; all orders must be prepaid electronically by telephone.  Unfortunately, we do not have a portable debit machine. Call from parking lot on arrival and we will either bring to you or put at door.

Routine appointments and surgeries are postponed for at least two weeks.

Our veterinarians will be using “telemedicine” whenever possible – this is available only to clients that we already have on our system.  This is a temporary provision until the end of the COVID-19 situation.

In lieu of authorization signatures for procedures, we will be accepting verbal permission.

Our washrooms are closed to clients.
